What it means for you
The Spam policy bans posting or engaging at very high frequency, buying or selling accounts, Pages, admin roles or engagement, offering prizes for engagement, and like- or share-gating.
It also bans deceptive links: cloaking, misleading or redirecting links, fake play or like buttons, pop-under landing pages and look-alike domains. Unpaid cross-promotion and properly labeled branded content are allowed.
✓ Do
- Use clear, honest link previews.
✕ Don't
- Buy an aged Page to skip the 30-day rule.
- Put a fake play button on an image.
